Sustainability

Protecting our beautiful planet is important to us. We try to recommend and share sustainable and eco-conscious gear as much as possible, but we're not perfect. This little icon flags brands and products which are doing their share to protect our beautiful planet by using sustainable materials, low-impact production or extensive charity work.

  • Don't think I'll ever get enough of #dolphins playing at the bow of our little #sailboat !

Shot in the surprising calm and beautifully clear waters of the #bassstrait in @tasmania @australia
  • Southbound to @tasmania with some newly made friends.

The Bass Straight has a rather bad reputation for it's roughness and how difficult it can be to cross. So we were pretty stoked to find ourselves on a 2 day crossing without a wave in sight. Even though there was plenty wind on the forecast, not puff of air hit our sails for most of the way which made for some awesome views of the crystal clear bright blue water! (but unfortunately a way less awesome view of the bill for refueling the yacht at Flinders Island)

  • Setting up camp.
  • Afternoon naps hiding from some mean midday sunshine.
  • Got ever so slightly obsessed with paddling underneath all the naturally formed arches on the Noosa River. What a beautiful place!
